Usha Yermal is an experienced quality assurance professional with a robust background spanning over a decade in various sectors. Currently serving as a Web QA Analyst at Room & Board since May 2021, Usha has previously held positions including Senior QA Analyst at TCF Bank, Senior Quality Assurance Specialist at Ecolab, and Data Migration and Salesforce QA at Windstream Communications. Usha began a career in quality assurance at MCI, contributing to the field's development through roles at NCS Pearson and other organizations.
