Aaron Lutkin

Aaron Lutkin is an experienced compliance professional currently serving as Senior Vice President and Head of Compliance at Roosevelt Road Re Ltd. since 2024. Prior to this role, Aaron held the position of Head of Compliance in Bermuda at Artex Risk Solutions from 2020 to 2024 and has a decade of experience in various roles at the Government of Bermuda, focusing on management consulting, knowledge management, and technical support from 2010 to 2020. Aaron's career began in operations management at W.P. Stewart and Chelston Estates Ltd. from 2004 to 2009 and in environmental services from 2002 to 2004 with the Government of Bermuda. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from the University of Wales, a Master of Science from the University of Essex, and a Bachelor's Degree in General Horticulture along with diplomas in Land Based Studies from Writtle University College.
