Adam LaGue is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in user support and service desk management. Currently serving as User Support Team Lead at Ropes & Gray LLP since December 2019, Adam has previously held leadership positions at General Dynamics Information Technology and AECOM, overseeing service desk operations for the US Securities Exchange Commission. With a foundation in technical support from roles at the Office of the Chief Technology Officer of the District of Columbia and the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts, Adam has extensive experience in providing Tier I and II support, managing IT service processes, and training users on various software. Additional experience includes roles in technical support and project management at various organizations, contributing to high-stakes IT projects across a range of industries. Adam holds IT certifications from Georgetown University and has an educational background from Cape Cod Community College.
