Jermaine Flennoy

Jermaine Flennoy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in food safety, quality assurance, and operations management in the food industry. Currently serving as the Global Product Safety Senior Leader for Nutrition & Bioindustry at Roquette since October 2025, Jermaine previously held the role of Director of Food Safety & Quality at U S SPICE MILLS INC and worked as a Food Safety and Quality Auditor at DNV. Throughout a successful career, Jermaine has assumed significant leadership positions, including Vice President of Quality at Cresco Labs, Director of Quality Assurance at Voyant Beauty, and Director of Customer Quality at TreeHouse Foods. Additional roles include Regional Manager of Operations Quality at McCain Foods and various quality assurance positions at Ingredion Incorporated, Wrigley, and Fresh Express. Jermaine holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science degree in Food Science from Iowa State University and the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, respectively.
