Sobi Philip

Sobi Philip possesses extensive experience in the hospitality industry, primarily within Rotana Hotel Management Corporation PJSC. Since April 2015, Sobi has held the position of Cluster Director of Learning and Development, following a previous role as Assistant Director of Learning and Development. From July 2008 to October 2014, Sobi served as a Learning and Development Officer, as well as in various managerial positions including Assistant Outlet Manager and Food and Beverage Supervisor. Sobi's educational background includes a Bachelor of Business Administration in Hospitality Administration/Management from Mangalore University, completed between 2003 and 2006.
