Christine Gourrion Memlouk

Christine Gourrion Memlouk serves as Directrice des ressources humaines Global Advisory at Rothschild & Co since September 2023. Previously, Christine held the position of DRH for the Direction des marchés financiers at Societe Generale Corporate and Investment Banking from October 2022 to September 2023, focusing on supporting managers and promoting a culture of inclusion. From June 1994 to October 2022, Christine worked at Société Générale, where roles included Directrice des Ressources Humaines for executive management, where responsibilities encompassed HR management for senior executives, talent acquisition, and fostering diversity. Additional contributions included co-founding an internal management transition start-up and enhancing talent policies across the organization. Christine's career also involved overseeing international mobility and serving as a jurist in social law. Educationally, Christine holds a postgraduate degree in Labour Law and Social Relationships from PARIS X NANTERRE University.
