John Vaudin

John brings to the firm over 25 years of International Real Estate experience, including for the last 18 years, participating in Irish real estate asset management and development. John is based in Dublin, Ireland and he is responsible for managing Round Hill’s Irish Development and Investment business.

He has previously worked in real estate asset management and development for Thames Water Property, BAA Lynton and Pillar Property in the U.K. and Treasury Holdings Limited, Harcourt Developments Limited and WK Nowlan Real Estate Advisors in Ireland. In the course of his professional career, John has managed significant real estate development projects, from inception to completion.

John holds a BSc (Hons) Degree from Coventry University and a Diploma in Real Estate form the College of Estate Management, Reading. A Chartered Surveyor, he is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, the Society of Chartered Surveyors, Ireland and a former Chair of the Society of Chartered Surveyors, Ireland, Planning and Development Division.
