Neil Burton

Neil joined Round Hill in 2012 as CEO of the Nido Operating platform. After the successful disposition of the London-based student housing assets in 2015, he joined Greystar where he was responsible for UK student and multifamily operations. In 2017, he founded Greystar's Global Practice Team for Customer Strategy, Brand, and Digital Marketing, serving Greystar's global markets. Rejoining Round Hill Capital in 2020 as the Managing Director, Operating Companies, Neil now leads Customer Strategy, Product Design, and Real Estate Operations.

Prior to the last 10 years of real estate experience, Neil held executive, operational and consulting roles at Holmes Place Health Clubs, Hilton Hotels and Deloitte in the UK and Central Eastern Europe.
