Alexandre Pelletier-Normand is the CEO of Rovio Entertainment Corporation. Alexandre has over 15 years of experience in the video game industry.


Pelletier-Normand started their career at Gameloft in 2003 as the Deployment Division Manager. In this role, they were responsible for a team of 1000 employees and the porting of games to multiple platforms. Alexandre also oversaw the sale of Gameloft games through various channels, including operator/OEM stores and embeds.


In 2012, Pelletier-Normand co-founded Execution Labs, where they helped teams with day-to-day production challenges such as planning, code, and design. Alexandre also helped remove any roadblocks that could impede the fast production of games.


In 2014, Pelletier-Normand returned to Gameloft as the Executive Vice President of Production. In this role, they were responsible for the technology used by Gameloft's Montréal studio and for managing a team of over 100 programmers.


Pelletier-Normand has been CEO of Rovio Entertainment Corporation since 2019. Under their leadership, Rovio has released several successful mobile games, including Angry Birds 2 and Angry Birds Friends.


Alexandre Pelletier-Normand completed a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science at Université de Sherbrooke.
