René Lindell

Rene Lindell started their work experience in 2000 as a Researcher at Helsinki University of Technology, where they worked until 2005. In 2001, they began working as a Researcher at Helsinki University of Technology/Low Temperature Laboratory, focusing on nanophysics and the study of superconducting tunneling junctions. Lindell then joined The Boston Consulting Group in 2006 as a Project Leader until 2011. Following this, they worked at Nokia as a Director of Nokia Strategy from 2011 to 2014. Lindell then transitioned to Rovio Entertainment Corporation, initially as the VP of Business Development from 2014 to 2015. They later took on the roles of Chief Strategy Officer from 2016 to 2017, Chief Financial Officer from 2017 to 2024, and currently serves as an Executive Advisor from 2024.

Rene Lindell obtained a Dr. Tech degree in Engineering Physics from Teknillinen korkeakoulu-Tekniska högskolan, starting in 1995 and completing in 2006. Additionally, they acquired an M.Sc. degree in Financial economics from Hanken School of Economics, studying from 2001 to 2006.
