Henrique Cruz

Henrique Cruz is the current Head of Growth at Rows. Henrique has over 5 years of experience in product management and marketing. Prior to joining Rows, Henrique was the Head of Product at Veniam from September 2016 to September 2018. At Veniam, Henrique was responsible for product management, marketing, and go-to market strategy. Prior to Veniam, Henrique was a Product Manager at Talkdesk from July 2015 to August 2016. At Talkdesk, Henrique was responsible for product management and was an early employee (one of the first 50). Prior to Talkdesk, Henrique was a Consultant at Kaizen Institute Consulting Group, Ltd. from January 2014 to July 2015 where they consulted on continuous improvement projects in Portugal, USA, China, and Russia. Henrique started their career as a Working Student at Caetano Bus from January 2013 to April 2013 where they worked on a continuous improvement project in the bus manufacturing production line.

The educational career for Henrique Cruz can be described as a growth series with a focus on industrial engineering. Henrique began their studies at the Faculdade de Engenharia da Universidade do Porto, where they earned an Integrated MsC in Industrial Engineering and Management. Henrique then pursued a machine learning course at Coursera.
