Vania Pinto Correia

Head of HR

Vania Pinto Correia is currently the Head of HR at Rows. Prior to their current position, they served as the Talent Acquisition Lead at Farfetch from December 2016 to June 2018. In this role, they were responsible for leading and mentoring 3 people from the Talent Team, overseeing the recruitment workflow from start to finish, and maintaining KPI reports. Vania was also responsible for developing and executing different sourcing strategies, conducting interviews and selection tests, managing relationships with recruitment agencies, and presenting job offers to selected candidates. Throughout their career, Vania has demonstrated a commitment to ensuring a great candidate experience and has successfully sourced and recruited candidates for various positions.


Vania Pinto Correia has a Master's Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Universidade de Coimbra. Vania also has professional training in Labor Law and Administrative Practices of Human Resources from CERTFORM - Escola de Formação Prática (Oporto), and is certified in Social Talent from Black Belt Certificate. Additionally, they have taken German and Spanish courses at Universidade de Aveiro, Universidade de Coimbra, and University of Coimbra - Faculty of Letters.
