Victor Fernandes has been working in the tech industry since 2013. In 2013, they worked as an Intern at the Engineering Department at MOG, where they created a new feature for the product mxfSPEEDRAIL F1000. In 2014, they worked as a Frontend Developer at MOG, where they helped to build SkyWatch. From 2017 to 2019, they worked as a Frontend Engineer at Feedzai, where they migrated parts of the old architecture made in BackboneJS to a modern React-based approach and revamped the webpack configuration. From 2019 to 2021, they worked as a Frontend Software Engineer and Senior Frontend Engineer at Talkdesk.

In 2012, they worked as a Quality Management - Software Tester at SONAE for NOESIS Portugal. From 2014 to 2017, they worked at Blip.pt as a Scrum Master and QA Analyst. In 2017, they were a Senior QA Analyst at Paddy Power Betfair. In 2018, they joined Rows as a Lead QA Engineer and Senior QA Engineer, where they were responsible for building the QAE team and QA process from scratch, leading testing activities with cross-functional teams, creating, maintaining and executing test cases/suites, analyzing results for both automation and manual, and troubleshooting issues down to the root cause and creating detailed bug reports.

Rodolfo Santos has worked as a software engineer and backend developer since 2008. Rodolfo began their career at Indra, where they worked on the PIPe for Portuguese Ports project and the SDS Air Transportation for Portuguese Customs project. Rodolfo also worked on the ICS Import Control System for Portuguese Customs project and the SDS Sistema Declarações Sumárias for Portuguese Customs project. In 2013, they began working at Blip.pt as a Senior Backend Developer and Backend Developer. In 2019, they joined NEW WORK SE as a Senior Backend Developer, where they were involved in the News section and helped to create a new team from scratch. In 2020, they began working at Rows as a Backend Developer.

Rui Maranhao Abreu has worked in a variety of roles in the software engineering and artificial intelligence fields. Rui is currently a Research Software Engineer at Meta. Prior to this, they were a Full Professor of Software Engineering at Faculdade de Engenharia da Universidade do Porto from 2020. Rui was also a Co-Founder, Head of Engineering and CTO/Co-founder at Rows and Crowbar, respectively. In 2019, they were a Visiting Researcher at Google, an Adjunct Associate Professor at Lanzhou University, a Guest Faculty Member at Drexel University College of Computing & Informatics, and an Assistant Professor at University of Porto. From 2014 to 2017, they were a Member of Research Staff at PARC. Rui'sareas of expertise include software engineering, diagnosis and prognostics, big data/machine learning, wearables, and security.

Ricardo Felgueiras has a long and varied work experience in engineering and software development. Ricardo began their career at QuintaSinfonia - Som e Imagem, S.A. in 2008 as a Software Developer. In 2010, they moved to ITSector, where they held the roles of Software Developer (at Montepio Geral) and Software Developer. From 2013 to 2020, they worked at Farfetch in various roles, including Senior Engineering Manager, Engineering Manager, Senior Development Lead, Senior Software Developer, and Software Developer. In 2020, they joined Rows as Head of Engineering and Engineering Manager.

Ricardo Felgueiras completed a Msc in Arquitecturas, Sistemas e Redes at Instituto Superior de Engenharia do Porto from 2008 to 2010. Prior to that, they obtained a graduate degree in IT from Escola Superior de Tecnologia e Gestão de Felgueiras from 2004 to 2008. Pedro Carneiro has worked in the software development industry since 2007. Pedro began their career at Telbit as a Software Developer, where they developed and operated a fraud management system for telecom operators. From 2009 to 2013, they worked at ALERT Life Sciences Computing, S.A. as a Software Developer, where they developed and maintained large scoped solutions for computerising all kinds of healthcare facilities. In 2013, they joined Blip.pt as a Senior Backend Developer, where they were the lead developer in the design and maintenance of the Sportsbook core platform. In 2017, they moved to Talkdesk as a Senior Software Engineer, where they developed cloud-based web applications in a micro-services architecture environment. Since 2018, they have been working at Rows as a Lead Backend Engineer and Senior Backend Engineer, where they have been responsible for the design and development of features in the platform, as well as initiatives to improve the performance and reliability of the platform.

In 2018, Paula was an iOS Developer Student at Apple Developer Academy | UFPE, where they learned and implemented iOS development technology, developed 5 digital products, and lectured at events. In 2019, they were the CTO and Co-Founder of Rede Bontê, an app that encourages people to be empathic in their routine. Natalia then moved to CHANTEA (FMCG, e-commerce) in 2013 as Interim CMO, designing and launching a herbal tea brand. In 2014, they joined Incomedia as Country Manager, overseeing online marketing activities on the Russian market. Natalia then joined XOM Materials in 2018 as Head Of Marketing, developing marketing strategy and managing the annual marketing budget. In 2019, they joined Mentessa as Interim CMO and EXOLAUNCH as Head Of Marketing, establishing Exolaunch as a leading launch services provider for small satellites. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Rows as Comms & Growth Lead and in 2022, they joined Levity as Head of Growth.

In 2014, they Co-Founded and became Head of Product at Meritocracy.is, a VC-backed marketplace. The company was acquired by Openjobmetis (OJM. MI) in 2018. In 2021, Manassero joined Sparrks as a Growth Manager - MBA Associate. Most recently, they started as Product Growth at Rows in 2022.

João Azevedo has over seven years of professional experience in software engineering, product management, and project management. In 2013, they worked as an Android Developer at PT Inovação, where they were a member of the Android MEO Go Team and developed the SMART AAL's Android App. In 2014, they became a Co-Founder & Mobile Developer at SenseGate - Connecting Technologies, Lda, developing Android and iOS apps focused on WiFi communication with a hardware module. In 2015, they worked as a Project Manager at IBM, leading IT infrastructure projects in Portuguese Banks and managing the projects' budget, scope, and plan. In 2017, they joined Feedzai as a Software Engineer, developing Java software modules and adapting, customizing and deploying WEB applications. In 2018, they started working at Talkdesk as a Product Manager and Associate Product Manager, where they identified and solved customer problems and needs, managed the backlog of two Scrum teams and worked iteratively on their product roadmap. José Brito has a long history of working in the technology industry, beginning with a freelance design job in 2002. In 2007, they interned as a Computer Engineering Intern at Além do Risco, Gabinete de Design. From 2008 to 2014, José worked as a Software Developer at ALERT Life Sciences Computing, S.A., working on database development for ALERT® EDIS. José then moved to ITIM as a Product Engineer in 2012, and then to Porto Tech Center as a Web Engineer in 2015. In 2018, José joined Dott as a Frontend Developer and Team Leader, and currently works as a Frontend Engineer at Rows since 2022.

João Pacheco has been working in the software engineering field since 2015. João started their career at Celfocus as a Software Engineer, where they worked on the development of rich web page applications that simplified the interaction of customer agents with their customers. João was also involved in performance streams that improved the response times in critical flows and collaborated in the definition of several aspects of the project architecture. In 2018, they moved to Feedzai as a Software Engineer and then to Rows in 2019. Additionally, they have had two internships, one at Vodafone in 2015 where they developed a proof of concept that focused on the exploration of new authentications and ways to create voice enabled applications for mobile devices, and another at CISTER - Research Centre in Real-Time and Embedded Computing Systems in 2014, where they implemented a working video-conference system prototype that allowed a remote user to interact physically with others.

From 2007 to 2016, they were R&D Portugal Area Leader and R&D Line Manager at Nokia Networks, where they were responsible for leading a Mobile Broadband CEM&OSS R&D team and interfacing with different stakeholders. From 1999 to 2007, they were R&D Team Leader and Project Manager and Software Engineering and Technical pre sales support at SIEMENS, S.A., Information and Communications. Her duties included software analysis and development for TMN systems, using Mobile Agents technology and Java. From 1998 to 1999, they were Software Development at EFACEC, Electronic Systems, where they developed a Remote Communications Simulator in Visual C++ and performed software analysis and development for remote communications in SCADA/DMS distributed systems. Her first role was Software Development and after sales support at Milénio3, Electronic Systems, from 1996 to 1998.

Bernardo Belchior has been working in the tech industry since 2016. Bernardo began as the General Manager for ENEI - Encontro Nacional de Estudantes de Informática in 2016 and then moved on to become a Teaching Assistant at the Faculdade de Engenharia da Universidade do Porto in 2017. Carlota Silva has worked in the design industry since 2014. Carlota began their career at Blip.pt as a Visual Design Intern, and eventually worked their way up to Associate Principal Designer. In 2014, they also took on a UI/UX Student Researcher role at Ubiwhere, where they conducted research on the concept and development of an interface. In 2020, they joined Rows as a Lead Designer and Senior Product Designer.

Carlota Silva obtained a Bachelor's degree in New Technologies of Communication from Universidade de Aveiro between 2009 and 2012. Carlota then went on to obtain a Master's degree in Multimedia Communication from Universidade de Aveiro between 2012 and 2014. In October 2015, they completed a Digital Creativity Workshop from OFFF, let's feed the future. In January 2022, they completed a Product Psychology Masterclass from Humane.Design.

Sara Neiva has over 20 years of work experience in a variety of roles. Sara began their career in 1999 as a Business Development Manager for Cabire Alimentos. In 2001, they took on the role of Animation Department Assistant for Região de Turismo do Algarve and Head of Distribution Department for Cabire Alimentos. In 2003, they became a Sales Assistant for A.P. Moller - Maersk. From 2004 to 2011, they were the Administrative and HR Manager for WTL- Word Transportes e Logística, Lda. Finally, they were the HR Manager and General Manager Assistant for Grupo MPCP from 2011 to 2021. In 2021, they became an HR Assistant for Rows.

Hugo Tigre has a long history of work experience, starting in 2004 as Support and System Administrator at AEP - Associação Empresarial de Portugal. Prior to their current position, they served as the Talent Acquisition Lead at [Farfetch](/org/farfetch) from December 2016 to June 2018. In this role, they were responsible for leading and mentoring 3 people from the Talent Team, overseeing the recruitment workflow from start to finish, and maintaining KPI reports. Vania was also responsible for developing and executing different sourcing strategies, conducting interviews and selection tests, managing relationships with recruitment agencies, and presenting job offers to selected candidates.
