Othman Baba

Othman Baba has extensive experience in the aviation industry, serving as the Head of the Training Department at Royal Air Maroc since October 2006, where responsibilities include planning, developing, and implementing staff training and development strategies, as well as monitoring and reporting on training achievements. Prior to this role, Othman Baba was the HR Manager in charge of Social Affairs from September 2002 to 2006, focusing on defining social policy, negotiating with tour operators, and enhancing the profitability of leisure centers. Othman Baba holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management from the Higher Institute of Business and Administration, earned between 1991 and 1995.
