Christina M. Nestor is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in strategic human resource management. Currently serving as Director and Senior HR Business Partner at RBC since September 2025, Christina has held significant roles at Canada Life as Director of Human Resources Business Partner focusing on Global & National Technology from July 2022 to November 2025, and at Rogers Communications from May 2012 to July 2022, where Christina progressed through various HR leadership positions, including Director HRBP for Connected Home and Senior Manager HRBP for the National Retail Team. Christina's background includes expertise in building relationships with stakeholders, influencing people decisions, and providing HR support across multiple organizational levels. Academically, Christina holds a Master's degree in Industrial Relations and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Queen's University, complemented by early experience as a Research Assistant and Teaching Assistant.
