Kathleen Haimes

Kathleen (Katie) Haimes currently serves as Associate Director of Innovation & Engineering Product & Program Management at RBC, where responsibilities include overseeing technology infrastructure within Technology & Operations since October 2017. Previously held positions at RBC include Capital Planning Manager in Capital Markets and Private Credit Solutions Associate. Prior experience includes working as Assurance Staff in the Financial Services Office at EY and as a Tax Intern at Marcum LLP. Additionally, volunteer work was conducted through the University of Notre Dame's Tax Assistance Program, aiding low-income individuals with tax return preparation. Earlier roles also included teaching assistance at an Early Childhood Development Center and office support for Broward County Government. Kathleen earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame.
