Monica Brown

Monica Brown has extensive experience in operational risk management and supplier management, primarily at RBC, where roles spanned from Vice President of Global Supplier & Operational Risk Management to Senior Vice President of Group Architecture, Innovation & Solutions Delivery Services, among others. Monica also served as Western Canada Contact Centre Manager and held various VP positions in product systems and global asset management technology. Educational credentials include an Executive MBA from Ivey Business School at Western University and completion of a Strategy Program at Queen's University.
