Ron French

Ron French has extensive experience in commercial banking and business transformation, currently serving as the Senior Director of Commercial Banking Servicing Transformation at RBC since August 2020, where a multi-year transformation program is being led to enhance servicing experiences. Previously, Ron held roles at RBC as Senior Director of Business Banking Performance Enablement & Credit Portfolio Quality and Director of Commercial Credit Cards Acquisition & Engagement, managing teams focused on data analytics, client acquisition, and product strategy. Prior experience includes advisory roles at Deloitte, specializing in corporate and customer strategy, and a director position at Planmac Engineering Inc., overseeing business operations, sales, and engineering projects. Ron holds an MBA from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering from Western University.
