Kevin F. Leahy B.b.a.

Kevin F. Leahy B.B.A. currently serves as the Director General of the RCMP Operational Coordination Centre (ROCC) with the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, a position held since October 2022. Prior to this role, Kevin held the position of Director for the Parliamentary Protective Service from June 2019 to October 2022, overseeing integrated security operations within the parliamentary precinct and Parliament Hill. Kevin’s extensive experience with the Royal Canadian Mounted Police spans from August 1992 to May 2017, during which various leadership roles included Officer in Charge of Investigative Support Services and Career Development and Resourcing. Additional leadership experience includes serving as Chair of the National Managers Community's Governing Council and New Brunswick Region. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Memorial University and has further qualifications in Human Resource Management from the University of New Brunswick, as well as executive development training from the Canada School of Public Service.
