Belinda Meric

Belinda Meric serves as the Head of HR Operations at the Royal College of Art since September 2022, bringing extensive experience in human resources. Previously, Belinda held the same position at Shelter UK from February 2018 to September 2022, and prior to that, contributed to the transition of HR service delivery at Shared Services Connected Ltd from October 2015 to April 2017. Belinda's career began at the Metropolitan Police, where notable roles included leading a 100-member HR contact centre team and managing significant HR transformation projects over a 21-year tenure, achieving numerous improvements in operational performance and service delivery. Belinda's educational background includes attending Christ the King Sixth Form College from 1992 to 1994.
