Naomi Tsai Frsa

Naomi Tsai FRSA is an accomplished entrepreneur and designer with extensive experience in innovation and business strategy. As the Founder and Director of DragonFruits since July 2012, Naomi has driven business success while co-founding the Open Innovation Society in March 2020, a non-profit dedicated to enhancing access to strategic business advice for small businesses and start-ups. Naomi also co-founded Battersea Table in February 2014, a high-end bespoke furniture company inspired by Battersea Power Station. In addition, Naomi serves as a Visiting Tutor for the Royal College of Art's Innovation Design Engineering program and previously held leadership roles in recruitment and consulting at various notable firms. Educational qualifications include a Master’s in Innovation Design Engineering from the Royal College of Art, an Honours degree in Mechanical Engineering from Imperial College London, and a Distinction in an Executive Coaching program at Meyler Campbell.
