Amy Buchan

Amy Buchan (née McQuillan) is a seasoned professional with a robust background in business modeling and astrophysics. Currently serving as the Head of Business Modelling at Royal Mail since October 2014, Amy leads a consultancy team that employs a data-driven approach to address business challenges and inform strategic decisions. Notable achievements include establishing the Anaplan Centre of Excellence and enhancing financial planning capabilities. Previous roles at Royal Mail, including Business Modelling Consultant and Analyst, involved significant contributions to productivity measurement systems and econometric research.
