Sean Donovan

Sean Donovan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and operations, currently serving as a Senior Product Market Launch Manager at Royal Mail since March 2013. Sean has held various key roles within the company, including Senior Performance BP for South West Regional Operations and Lead Project Manager for Change and Revisions. Prior to Royal Mail, Sean spent over two decades at BT Group, where roles included Head of UK Service Operations and Head of Customer Service for Large Corporates. Sean's educational qualifications include a PMQ Qualification in Project Management from the Association of Project Management, an MSP Foundation in Programme Management from QA Ltd, and an Accelerated Management Programme in Organizational Leadership from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, complemented by an HND in Business Administration and Management from the University of the West of England.
