Chance Blake

Chance Blake is an experienced property management professional currently serving as the New Construction Regional Property Manager at RPM Living since February 2023, overseeing 1,739 units in the Chartwell Residential Portfolio and implementing marketing strategies to enhance occupancy and revenue. Previously, Chance held various management roles at RAM Partners, LLC, including Multi-Site Community Manager, where responsibilities included overseeing new construction projects, managing lease-ups of multi-unit developments, and enhancing property value through renovations. In addition to property management, Chance has experience as a writer at Fulton Books, as well as expertise in digital marketing and property marketing from roles at Snehta and Merion Realty Management. Chance holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations from The University of Alabama and an Associate degree in Wellness from Shelton State Community College.
