Debra J. Burton

Debra J. Burton, GPHR, GMS, is an accomplished professional in global mobility with extensive experience across multiple sectors. Currently, as Director of Global Mobility at RSM US LLP since February 2023, Burton designs and oversees the company's global mobility program while ensuring compliance with legal standards. Previously, Burton served as Head of Talent Mobility & Travel Services at Toyota North America and as Director of the Global Mobility Center of Excellence at Grant Thornton International Ltd. Additional notable positions include Vice President of Mobility & Talent Management at Going-There Global Destination Services and Sr. Manager of Global Mobility at Black & Veatch.
