Rob Donaldson

Rob is Chief Executive Officer at RSM UK.

Rob is responsible for reporting to the board on the priority issues for the business, leadership teams, regions and sector and service line performance connecting the governance structure.

Rob previously led our corporate finance practice which spans M&A, private equity and public company advisory, due diligence, capital markets, financial modelling and valuations.

Rob knows the private equity community well, regularly speaking to the published and television media on corporate finance and economic issues generally. He has personally led over 50 completed deals over the last ten years with a combined value of several £bn.
