Aaron Farrell

Aaron Farrell is a Business Development Manager at RSP since August 2025, with prior experience as a Project Architect and Business Development Representative at XBD Collective from October 2022 to August 2025. During this time, Aaron led the design of various residential villas in prestigious locations such as Palm, Emirates Hills, and Jumeirah Bay Island, while coordinating with consultants and suppliers. Previous roles include Architect at XBD Collective, Part 2 Architectural Assistant at Ostick + Williams, and earlier positions at MacGabhann Architects, Moss Architecture Ltd, and Rock Architecture Limited. Aaron holds a Master of Architecture from Queen's University Belfast, awarded in May 2019, following a Bachelor of Architecture from the same institution, completed in May 2014.
