Alicja Zarębska

Alicja Zarębska is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and operations, currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at RTB House since December 2021, after a role as a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist. Previously, Alicja held positions at Svido and Adlook, where responsibilities included enhancing talent acquisition strategies and operations within innovative media tech contexts. Initial experience was gained at Santander Bank Polska in the Leadership Development Office and earlier roles included a Bailiff's Office Assistant and a Sworn Translator's Assistant. Alicja holds a Master's degree in Employment Law from Kozminski University and another Master's degree in Management from the University of Technology and Economics, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in English Studies from Uniwersytet SWPS.
