Teri Lawson

Teri Lawson is a seasoned professional in legal employee engagements, ethics, and compliance, currently serving as the Director of Legal Employee Engagements, Corporate Policies, and Learning Management at RTX since April 2023. Prior to this, Teri held various roles at Raytheon Intelligence & Space from July 2013 to April 2023, including Associate Director of Ethics & Compliance, where Teri focused on fostering an ethical culture, and Sr. Manager of Ethics & Business Conduct, concentrating on ethics within the organization. Teri's experience also includes positions as a Human Resources Business Partner at SIRVA Worldwide Relocation & Moving and the American Red Cross, where Teri managed compensation, staffing, training, and employee relations. Teri began a career in Human Resources at BAE Systems, Inc. from January 2001 to October 2011. Teri holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Administration and Management with a focus on Human Resources from the Indiana Institute of Technology.
