Mark Boshar

Mark Boshar is the Vice President of Legal Affairs at Rubius Therapeutics. Mark has been with the company since July 2017. Prior to that, they were with Dynogen Pharmaceuticals, Inc. as the Vice President of Legal Affairs from March 2003 to August 2008. Mark also served as the Chief Patent Counsel for Repligen Corporation from January 1993 to December 1995. Mark Boshar began their career as an attorney at WilmerHale from January 1989 to December 1992. After that, they worked as a legal, business, and operations consultant for venture-backed life science companies from September 2008 to July 2017.

Mark Boshar received their Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Northeastern University School of Law. Mark received their Bachelor's Degree in Molecular Biology from Tufts University. Mark attended Brooks School for high school. Mark is certified to practice law in Massachusetts and the US Patent and Trademark Office, and they are also certified by the US Court of Appeals for Federal Circuit.
