Wanda Taliaferro

Wanda Taliaferro, MBA, PMP, currently serves as an Advisory Board Member at Rubix LS, a CRO specializing in preclinical drug discovery and Phase 1 trial execution. Prior experience includes roles as a Management Consultant at North Highland and as a Business Process Management Consultant at Bristol Myers Squibb, where Wanda was assigned by Mindlance, Inc. Previous positions also include Senior Consultant at Valeocon Management Consulting, Process Improvement/Data Analytics Executive in the CRO industry, Vice President of Process Excellence at Labcorp Drug Development, and various leadership roles at Johnson & Johnson, including Global Director of the Project Office for the Global Pharmaceutical Supply Group. Wanda holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an MBA in Operations Management from Columbia Business School.
