Adam Krouse

The Chief Growth Officer leads Rugby United New York (RUNY) revenue generation and business development efforts, plays a key role in business innovation and strategy, leads an outstanding team of business development professionals, serves as a key thought-partner to the CEO, and plays an important role on the Leadership Team.

As CGO they will have an understanding of the sports business space, partnership development strategy, sustainable growth planning, and revenue generation. They will understand the difference between selling for the sake of sales versus value creation for our stakeholders -- and will excel as our external lead on growth initiatives.

CGO is responsible for overseeing revenue generation processes, including business development, partnership exploration, partner support, sales coaching, and product pricing across all of our platforms. Internally the CGO leads our Growth Team to achieve short and long-term business goals, leading to expanded reach and mission-aligned impact in 2020 and beyond.
