Nils Jansen

Nils Jansen is a distinguished academic in the field of Computer Science with extensive experience in higher education. Currently serving as a Professor at Ruhr-Universität Bochum since November 2023, Nils has been an Associate Professor at Radboud University from June 2017. Nils’s prior roles include Research Associate and Postdoctoral Research Fellow at The University of Texas at Austin (January 2016 - May 2017), as well as various positions at RWTH Aachen University, including Postdoctoral Researcher and Research Assistant from April 2009 to January 2016. Nils holds a PhD in Computer Science from RWTH Aachen University (2009 - 2015) and a Diploma in Computer Science from the same institution (2001 - 2009).
