Business Development Rep

Business development representatives are responsible for expanding the customer base. They use prospecting strategies to identify prospects and they initiate the first outreach with potential customers. Their goal is to help book meetings and fill the pipelines for the sales team.


  • Qualify marketing campaign leads as sales opportunities
  • Contact potential customers by cold calling and emails
  • Introducing our company to potential clients
  • Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions
  • Customize the service offer to increase customer satisfaction
  • Build long-term relationships and trust with customers
  • Proactively look for new business opportunities in the market
  • Schedule meetings and calls between leads and Account Executives
  • Do their own demos and close deals directly with the leads


  • Previous work experience as Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive or similar
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
  • Proven results of targets & goals achieved
  • Experience using Salesforce CRM
  • Understanding sales performance metrics
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • High energy and youthful spirit
  • Open to constructive comments and criticism
