Prior to joining Runway, Lake spent 5 years at Bridge Bank, a division of Western Alliance, during which he founded and led the company’s life sciences practice. As the head of Bridge Bank’s life sciences practice, he oversaw business development, maintaining asset quality, and managing the division's P&L. Additionally, Lake has previously held positions at Oxford Finance, Silicon Valley Bank, The FINOVA Group, and the American Medical Association.
