Diane Kingsland

Diane Kingsland is an experienced professional in training and leadership development, currently serving as the Quality Team IQA/Assessor at Runway Training since September 2022. Prior to this role, Diane held the position of Head of Service at Carers Relief Service Age UK Medway from February 2021 to September 2023. Diane also worked as the Interim Head of Learning & Development for Orders of St. John Care Trust, where strategic leadership was provided for a learning and development function encompassing 90 sites and 5,000 employees across England. Additional experience includes serving as Talent Development Manager & HR Advisor at Sellafield Limited, Program Manager at MKC Training Services Limited, and General Manager at KCHT, overseeing extensive training and leadership initiatives for diverse employee groups. Diane holds a Master of Arts in Senior Leadership Behaviours and Profiling from Anglian Ruskin University Cambridge and has earned a PGCE in Leadership from Southampton University, as well as a Bachelor of Education from University of Greenwich.
