Phoebe Dyer is an experienced research professional specializing in consumer practice and procurement and supply chain management. Currently serving as a Research Associate at Russell Reynolds Associates since September 2022, Phoebe previously held roles at Odgers Berndtson, including Senior Researcher and Researcher within the Global Procurement & Supply Chain Practice. Earlier career experiences span various internships and roles in financial institutions, including LGT Vestra LLP, J.P. Morgan, Nomura, Macquarie Group, and Vestra Wealth LLP. Phoebe holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics with Hispanic Studies from the University of Nottingham and completed the International Baccalaureate at Sevenoaks School.
