Kim Yates

Kim Yates is an accomplished marketing executive with extensive experience across several prominent companies. Currently serving as Vice President of Marketing and New Business Development at Russell Stover Chocolates since 2019, Kim previously held the position of Vice President of Marketing at VF Corporation, where a significant focus was on reinventing the Lee Jeans brand. Prior roles at Procter & Gamble included Vice President of Marketing for Prestige Beauty, leading multiple teams in marketing and innovation for the renowned Pampers brand, as well as brand management positions with Secret Deodorant and Old Spice. Kim Yates holds an MBA in Marketing and Finance from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a BS in Business Administration with a Spanish minor from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
