Claudia Sanchez is an experienced legal and social work professional with a diverse background in internships and academic support roles. Currently serving as an Eagleton Graduate Fellow at the Eagleton Institute of Politics and a Research Assistant to Professor David Lopez at Rutgers Law School, Claudia is also gaining practical legal experience as a Judicial Intern with the U.S. District Courts. In addition, Claudia holds a position as Senior Staff Editor for the Rutgers Journal of Law and Public Policy, following work as a Summer Associate at Sills Cummis & Gross P.C. and a Judicial Intern to the Hon. Chief Justice Stuart Rabner in New Jersey. Claudia's earlier roles include a Legal Intern at Kids in Need of Defense and program management at the International Rescue Committee. Educational achievements include a Doctor of Law from Rutgers Law School, a Master of Science in Social Work from Columbia University, and a Bachelor of Social Work from Monmouth University, complemented by a study abroad experience at Regent's University London.
