Amber Randolph

Vice Chancellor, Finance, Rutgers University–Newark at Rutgers University

Amber Randolph is currently the Vice Chancellor for Finance at Rutgers University-Newark. Amber has over 18 years of experience in finance and investment, most recently serving as a Vice President at Deutsche Bank from September 2012 to March 2019. Prior to their work at Deutsche Bank, Amber was the Manager of Capital Investment at Primary Care Development Corporation from February 2010 to August 2012. During their time at PCDC, they increased the organization's investment portfolio by 50%.

Amber started their career in finance as a Senior Finance Officer at the Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of Los Angeles from July 2008 to August 2009. Amber then spent six years as the Director of Southern California Lending at the Low Income Investment Fund from March 2002 to June 2008. While at Low Income Investment Fund, they helped to create and implement a lending program that provided $250 million in financing to low-income housing developments.

Amber has also worked as a Project Manager at A Community of Friends, a non-profit organization that provides housing and support services to homeless individuals with mental illness, from December 1998 to December 2001.

Amber holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from UCLA and a Master's degree in Business Administration from Columbia University.
