Irene O’Brien is currently the VP for Central Fundraising & Donor Engagement at Rutgers University. Irene has previously served as the Vice Chancellor for Advancement at Rutgers University-Newark from April 2009 to February 2022, and as vice chancellor at Rutgers University from April 2009 to December 2017. O’Brien also spent two years as the Sr. Director of Development, School and College Campaigns at Fordham University from January 2007 to December 2009.
