John Doll

John Doll is an accomplished healthcare executive with extensive experience in financial and operational leadership. At RWJBarnabas Health from April 2016 to November 2023, John served as Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and Chief Integration Officer, overseeing various aspects of operations, finance, and integration in a large healthcare system. Prior to this, John was Executive Vice President at Health Ware Concepts, where responsibilities included developing a consulting practice in Hospital Revenue Cycle Management. John's career also includes significant roles at Meridian Health as Director of Finance, managing financial functions for a large not-for-profit hospital, and at Ernst & Young as Audit Manager overseeing diverse audit engagements. John holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Delaware.
