Judy Carney

Judy Carney currently serves as the Corporate Supply Chain Director at RWJBarnabas Health, a position held since December 2016. Previously, from April 1994 to December 2016, Judy worked at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center in various roles, including Assistant Director of Operations for Materials Management and Director of Distribution Services. As Director of Distribution Services, Judy directed product procurement and distribution for an extensive acute-care facility, managing over $15 million in medical supplies annually. Judy's early career included implementing significant inventory reduction strategies that led to a drastic decrease in perpetual inventory value. Judy holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Kean University, earned between 1997 and 2002.
