Leonardo Raynald

Leonardo Raynald is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in technical support and application management. Currently serving as a Business Application Support Specialist at RWS Group since June 2021, Leonardo tracks incidents and requests while providing user support in line with company SLAs. Prior to this role, Leonardo worked as a ServiceDesk Specialist, managing user accounts and offering technical support across multiple countries. With over six years at Compumundo as Head Technician, Leonardo led service centers for leading technology brands and managed technical teams.
