Ben Pasker

Ben Pasker is the current Vice President of Account Management at RxBenefits. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Client Services/Operations at Businessolver from May 2012 to July 2021. In this role, they were responsible for growing gross margin by 10%+ and led numerous team initiatives focused on client retention, resulting in 98% retained clients. Ben also supported team action plans which drove a 12% increase in client satisfaction and 8% in clients willing to serve as a positive reference.

From July 2004 to May 2012, Pasker worked as the Client Service Unit Manager at ADP. In this role, they managed a team in project and budget management, risk management and documentation, increased performance and associate engagement.

In February 2006, Pasker began working as a Workforce Management Consultant at Iowa Telecom. In this role, they led trainings, provided recommendations and implemented new processes to improve productivity. Ben held this position until September 2006.

Pasker then became a Senior Workforce Management Specialist at MCI Worldcom in March 1999 and held this position until July 2004.

Lastly, Pasker worked as a Customer Service Representative at MCI from May 1996 to March 1999.

Ben Pasker has a BA in Business Administration from William Penn University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from William Penn University. Ben also has a degree in Business Administration from Kirkwood Community College.
