Sonja Quale

Sonja Quale is the Vice President of Analytics and Data Science at RxBenefits. Sonja has over thirteen years of experience in the field of analytics and data science. Sonja has a proven track record of developing innovative solutions to complex problems and delivering actionable insights to both internal and external customers.

Sonja began their career as a data analyst at Express Scripts, where they quickly rose through the ranks to become Vice President of Sales and Marketing Analytics. During their five years at Express Scripts, Sonja was a key contributor on the corporate systems due diligence team for the Express Scripts merger with Medco, and led the integration activity and consolidation of analytics platforms during the merger.

In 2014, Sonja left Express Scripts to start their own company, Larson Enterprise Solutions, LLC. As President of Larson Enterprise Solutions, Sonja provided consulting services to a variety of clients in the healthcare industry. In 2018, they joined Confidio as Chief Clinical Officer and Vice President of Informatics.

At Confidio, Sonja was responsible for leading the strategy for clinical and cost containment product development, Per Diem management services, customer reporting, and clinical analytics. Sonja also consulted with skilled nursing facility clientele to identify opportunities to improve quality and manage costs.

In 2021, Sonja joined RxBenefits as VP of Analytics and Data Science. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing the development of data-driven solutions that help RxBenefits’ clients optimize their pharmacy benefits programs.

Sonja Quale has a doctorate in pharmacy from the University of Minnesota and a bachelor's degree in pre-pharmacy studies from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse. Sonja also has a financial management certificate from Cornell University.

They work with Bill Troiano - VP, Business Development, Mark Caron - Chief Technical Officer, and Amy Goss - VP, Transformation. Their manager is Bryan Statham, CEO.
