Oliver Blades-Moore

Oliver Blades-Moore has extensive experience in commercial performance and strategic development, currently serving as the Head of Commercial Performance at Ryanair. Previously, Oliver held leadership positions in strategy and corporate development at Lion and served as an Executive Director, Vice President, and Associate at J.P. Morgan. Additional experience includes a role as Managing Strategy Consultant at IBM and as an Associate at Gresham Partners. Oliver holds a Master's degree in Finance (Investment Banking) from INSEAD and a Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Economics from UNSW.
