Erica Boyd

Erica Boyd currently serves as the Head of Hubs and Service US at Rybit, a position held since February 2024. Prior to this role, Erica was the Area Manager of Retail for the US and Japan and Brand Manager at VanMoof from August 2022 to February 2024. From May 2019 to August 2022, Erica worked at Rad Power Bikes, taking on various positions including Eastern Regional Rad Mobile Manager, Retail Readiness Program Manager, and Flagship Showroom Supervisor, overseeing the operations of the flagship showroom for North America's largest ebike company. Earlier experience includes serving as General Manager at Office Depot and COS Retail Store Manager at AT&T from January 2013 to October 2018, as well as Operations Manager at Best Buy from February 2005 to September 2012. Erica's education includes studies at Lane Community College.
