Doug Kareha

Doug Kareha is an experienced construction superintendent with a career spanning several decades in the construction industry. Currently serving as a Construction Superintendent at Rycon Construction, Inc. since August 2016, Doug previously held the same title at Neshkin Construction Co., Inc. from April 1995 to August 2015. Doug's foundational experience includes roles as a carpenter at Dunlop and Johnston Inc. and Chaney Interiors, where skills were developed from May 1992 to March 1995 and August 1989 to April 1992, respectively. Doug is a graduate of Strongsville High School.
