Margot Taylor

Margot Taylor has extensive experience in communications and journalism, currently serving as Internal Communications Lead at Ryman Healthcare since November 2019, previously holding positions as Senior Communications Advisor and Communications Advisor within the same organization. Prior to this, Margot worked as a reporter for the Whittlesea Leader at Leader Newspapers from April 2018 to October 2019 and as a journalist for the Otago Daily Times from October 2015 to October 2017, where responsibilities included generating news coverage, establishing a regional social media presence, and maintaining customer relationships. Margot began the career with a journalism internship at Allied Press Limited in June 2015. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Otago, a Diploma in Journalism from Aoraki Polytechnic, and studies at the University of East Anglia and Massey University.
